## Prerequisites

Before starting the tutorials, make sure you have:

- ✅ [COBRAxy installed](../installation.md)
- ✅ Basic understanding of metabolic modeling (helpful but not required)
- ✅ Familiarity with command line or Python (depending on tutorial)

Download example datasets used in tutorials:
