Description
-----------

Hardklör identifies peptide or protein-like features in mass spectra. It deconvolves overlapping ion signals and can be used on a variety of input formats.
This package contains both Hardklör and its auxiliary tool Krönik, which filters, validates, and summarizes peptide features identified with Hardklör from data obtained during liquid chromatography mass spectrometry (LC-MS).
