The degenerate adapter removal tool is a Python script that removes degenerate primers from sequence datasets.
+It can be used on its own as a script, or added as a tool for reproducible research on Galaxy.
Options include removing/not removing adapters from sequences, and keeping/non-keeping sequences where no adapter was found.
+Outputs a read file and a text file that contains information on the analysis.
