INSTALL.txt

Velvet Optimiser Galaxy Toolshed Wrapper.

REQUIREMENTS:

The following must be installed and available in the PATH

Perl >= 5.8
BioPerl >= 1.4

velveth and velvetg (version > 1.1)
    http://www.ebi.ac.uk/~zerbino/velvet

Velvet Optimiser version 2.2.5 or above.
    http://bioinformatics.net.au/software.shtml

TESTS:

The following files must be placed in Galaxy's test-data directory:
    - vopt_test_reads.dat
    - vopt_test_contigs.dat
