Run CasFinder only when any CRISPR array has been detected in the studied sequence:

This option will only be applied if cas gene detection is performed.

CRISPRCasFinder is a Perl script allowing to identify CRISPR arrays and associated Cas proteins from DNA sequences (using default parameters)
