Run tool in batch mode for -cv_files:

List of ontology files in OBO format:

select obo data sets(s)

List of identifiers (one for each ontology file):

(space separated list, in order to allow for spaces in list items surround them by single quotes)

Mapping file in CVMapping (XML) format:

select xml data sets(s)

A list of CV identifiers which should be ignored:

(space separated list, in order to allow for spaces in list items surround them by single quotes)
