Convert scRNA data object between formats sceasy::convertFormat()

Support the following conversion:

• Loom <-> SingleCellExperiment (full)
• SingleCellExperiment -> AnnData (matrix, metadata, reducedDim)
• Seurat -> AnnData (matrix, metadata, reducedDim)
