Detailed description:

immuneML facilitates the development and application of ML methods for (i) immune receptor-based prediction of antigen binding and (ii) immune repertoire-based prediction of immune states. Extensive documentation, tutorials and example videos are provided at https://docs.immuneml.uio.no.

Installation: You need to manually add a datatype, by inserting the following line:

<datatype extension="iml_dataset" type="galaxy.datatypes.text:Html" subclass="True"/>

in your datatypes_config_file. The name of your datatypes_config_file is defined in galaxy.yml.
