Synopsis: Gemma is a genome wide association tool.
Gemma is tool that runs Genome wide association tests and calculates kinship matrix. It takes a plink binary format as input and runs either a simple linear model or a mixed linear model. To run MLM, a kinship matrix file must be provided (can be calculated by Gemma)
