Version 0.14.  Based on the Fastx Toolkit barcode splitter, with modifications to allow multiple columns of barcodes to be in multiple index reads files and to load the resulting fastq files into a galaxy collection.  Input & output files may be gzipped.

The wrapper is based on the Fastx Barcode Splitter wrapper written by the Galaxy team.
