1 This package installs the Trans Proteomic Pipeline Commandline Tools

3 Installing this package should proceed automatically however for the purpose

4 of troubleshooting these are the steps it will perform

6 1. Download an install script from dropbox
|
|
|
7 2. Install several perl packages locally (inside the install directory)
|
|
|
8 3. Download the TPP source code from dropbox
|
|
|
9 4. Build the TPP
|
|
|

11 Intermediate files in this process are stored in ~/.protk/tmp/download and ~/.protk/tmp/build
|
