**What it does**

This tool compares two peptide sequence data sets in a 2D space represented by quantitative features of peptides. The tool calculates a local ratio of the number of sequences from each peptide set in the part of the feature space and compares it to the global ratio in the entire feature space by Fisher’s exact test.
