Synopsis: A Galaxy wrapper for DESeq version 1.12, DESeq2 version 1.0.19 and DEXSeq version 1.6
DESeq, DESeq2 and DEXSeq can be used as a web service embedded in a Galaxy instance. The programs are heavily tested on DESeq 1.12 version, DESeq2 version 1.0.19 and DEXSeq version 1.6.
