Synopsis: Utility to extract annotations from Ensembl GTF files.

Detailed description:

Given a GTF file from Ensembl, this utility will generate a simple text file containing annotation, derived using the rtracklayer R package. All annotations can be extracted or a selection of specified columns, with or without a header.
