Synopsis: Provides common characteristics among similar proteins.
This tool runs a remote blast against Uniprot/Swissprot database, afterwards the user may choose from the five first aligned sequences and, through the Interpro database, all attributes of these sequences are provided. Finally, the tool obtains certain common attributes (Name; dbxref; GO) of the above mentioned sequences in a gff3 format file.
